MOROCCAN LENTIL SOUP

INGREDIENTS: 1 carrot, 250g cutted celery,  250g fingerling potato, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tsp ground ginger, 1 onion, 600  green+ brown+red lentil, 300g spinach, 1 cup Almond milk, 50g  tomato paste, 500 ml vegetable broth, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp Avocado oil, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp Sea salt, 2 tsp turmeric, 500 ml water.
