Cooking green Pasta Pesto


INGREDIENTS: pasta 400 Gr; basil 2 bunches; parsley to taste; garlic 4 cloves; Parmesan 80-100 Gr; Olive oil 2-3 tablespoons; butter 3-4 tablespoons; dry white wine 1 glass; salt/ black pepper to taste


  • put water for the paste
  • peel and chop the garlic, cut the cheese into cubes.
  • blend cheese with the garlic
  • add basil and parsley to blender and mix it, then add some Olive oil here and blend it one more time
  • in a separate bowl, grate the lemon zest, squeeze the lemon juice there
  • boil the pasta in salted water, which should have already boiled by this time. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, add lemon zest with lemon juice and wine. Stew for a few minutes
  • drains the prepared pasta. Leave some of the water in which the pasta was cooked. Put the pasta in a pan with lemon zest, add pesto, pour in a little water in which the pasta was boiled (if the mixture of pasta with pesto seems dry to you)
